We are most proud of our outstanding educators and their longevity with us. Prior to employment each receives extensive screening. Including; FBI screening, state, local and Department of Social Services background checks.
As educators and development specialists we place an extremely high value on education and continuing education. Each employee is required to attend 15 hours of continuing education each year. In addition, they attend classes in CPR, First Aide and Blood Borne Pathogens.
Giving Tree also participates in the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Program. The program encourages employers to allow for and compensate time spent furthering employees college education.
